No. One person may operate only one hikaru account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, IP address, device, or payment method, we will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balance. This policy prevents fraud and ensures fair play. If you have lost access to your original account, contact our support team with proof of identity and we will help you recover it. Do not attempt to create new accounts; use the password-reset function instead.

Payments and transactions

Yes. hikaru accepts direct bank transfers from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. During deposit, select "Bank Transfer" and choose your bank. You will receive our transfer details and a unique payment reference. Transfer the funds using your bank's app or ATM. Deposits typically credit within subject to verification during business hours.
